Free Holy Land Festival at Franciscan Monastery

Celebrate the culture and life of Christians in the Holy Land at the 2nd annual Holy Land Festival, July 25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with exhibits, Arabic calligraphy and name-writing, Middle Eastern food demonstrations, panel discussions on the Middle East, children’s activities such as face painting, and free tours of the monastery’s church, catacombs and gardens, which include full-size replicas of Holy Land shrines. The day ends with a Vigil Mass at 5 p.m.
