Patsy Stephens and The Hall Brothers (as Patsy’s Honky Tonk Torch & Twang) perform classic country and honky tonk music in the Baltimore/Washington area. They mix it up with some other styles thrown in for good measure…a little Western swing, some rockabilly, a few jazz standards, and plenty of Patsy Cline! Our band members include the fabulous Hall Brothers of “Chick Hall’s Surf Club” fame (a club in Hyattsville, MD). Chick Hall, Jr. has won numerous Wammie awards for his stellar guitar playing. WAMA award winner Chick Hall Jr. and brother, Chris Hall, grew up playing music in a real honky tonk! You can’t get more real than that. Our pedal steel player is Tommy Auldridge, brother of the late Mike Auldridge of the Seldom Scene. All excellent musicians!
