'Peeping Tom' Commits Sex Act Outside House: Police
Prince George's County Police say a man peered into an Adelphi home and then masturbated. They have released surveillance video of the man.

CLINTON, MD — Authorities have released surveillance video of a suspected “peeping tom” who masturbated while looking into an Adelphi home.
Prince George’s County Police released images of the suspect on Tuesday, in hopes that the public can identify the man.
The incident happened about 1 a.m. March 10 on 26th Avenue in Adelphi. On the surveillance video, the suspect is seen walking on a back deck, looking into the home and then masturbating.

He had no contact with the residents inside the home.
To date, this is the only such incident linked to the suspect, police said.

“We are asking our community to help us close this disturbing case. This suspect has no place in our community,” said Captain Ken Humbel, commander of the Regional Investigation Division – Northern Region.
The suspect will face charges of trespassing and peeping tom offenses.
