Terps Brought out Largest Spectator Crowd for Soccer Among Area Schools
Men's team enjoyed 13 wins and filled bleachers.
The Terrapin men's soccer team has not only enjoyed a 13-2-2 record so far this season, but also a major boost in spectator attendance, The Washington Post reports.
Blogger Steven Goff dug up the numbers for area schools. The Maryland soccer team ranks third among area schools for its ability to fill bleacher seats this season. (Football and men's basketball was not included in this ranking of Maryland, Virginia, Georgetown, George Mason, Navy, American, George Washington and Howard.)

The men's soccer team will host its last home game of the regular season at 7:30 p.m. Thursday against Wake Forest.
