2 Stabbed After Baseball Bat Incident In Savage: Police
BREAKING: Anyone with information about the double stabbing is asked to call 911.

SAVAGE, MD — Two men were hospitalized Wednesday night after a double stabbing near Savage, according to the Howard County Police Department. Officials said that the men approached a vehicle with a baseball bat when the driver got out and stabbed them. Then the driver fled the scene, authorities reported.
Police were called to the 10100 block of Washington Boulevard for a report of two men stabbed at 7 p.m.
A 31-year-old Laurel man was flown to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with injuries that may be life threatening, police said.

A 39-year-old Georgia man was taken to Laurel Regional Hospital with injuries that authorities reported were not believed to be life-threatening.
Police said after 10 p.m. that authorities were working to get a description of the driver, and investigators were unsure what the relationship was among those involved and why the confrontation occurred.
