$250K Winning Scratch Ticket Claimed By Columbia Man
None of his numbers matched the winning numbers, but he revealed a "win all" symbol that delivered all 25 of the $10,000 prizes.
COLUMBIA, MD — A 44-year-old Columbia man snagged the first top prize on the $10 CASH scratch ticket from the Maryland Lottery. The lucky player claimed the $250,000 prize from the ticket bought at Star Liquors in Jessup.
Although none of his numbers matched the winning numbers in the game, the Howard County resident revealed a “win all” symbol that delivered all 25 of the $10,000 prizes on his instant ticket.
The lottery retailer that sold the lucky instant ticket, Star Liquors at 8610 Washington Blvd. in Jessup, will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling a $250,000 top-prize winning scratch-off.
