31st Annual Police Pace Sunday In Howard County Offers 1 Mile, 5K, 10K

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The 31st annual Police Pace will be Sunday at Centennial Park with registration starting at 7:30 a.m. The race begins at 9 a.m. and includes a 5K, 10K and one mile.

Police equipment, patrol cars, youth outreach officers, K-9s and more will be at the event. There will be police department awards and age group awards in the 5K and 10K.

Proceeds from the event will be used by the Police Foundation to develop and support initiatives that benefit community programs and improve safety. The foundation also supports officers and their families when there's an injury or illness.

Food for all registered participants will be provided courtesy of Mission BBQ, the race’s official hospitality host.
