5 Vehicles Broken into Overnight in Columbia: Police

Airbags were the target of overnight thefts, Howard County Police Department reports.

COLUMBIA, MD — Multiple vehicles were vandalized during the overnight hours this weekend, the Howard County Police Department reported Monday.

Five vehicles were broken into while parked in the 4900 to 5400 blocks of Columbia Road and the 5500 block of April Journey Road, police said.

The break-ins occurred sometime between Saturday, Jan. 9, and Sunday, Jan. 10, according to police.

After breaking the windows, the suspect(s) took airbags, police said.
