These pets are searching for their forever homes. They currently are at the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Otter is a 2-year-old male found as an under-aged kitten with no mom. A good Samaritan rescued him and when he was ready for adoption, his new owners ended up being unable to keep him and turned him loose. Another kind person rescued Otter a second time and now needs someone who will keep him safe and secure. He will need to build trust in his new owner and a room of his own as he adjusts. He loves treats, sitting side-by-side and fast-moving feather toys. If there are other animals in th ehome, an introduction would be important.
Isis is an 8-year-old spayed female cat who arrived at the shelter with her front and back claws already removed. Isis is used to being the only cat in the home and needs a home where she can continue being the only cat. In her previous home, Isis lived with children ages 3 to 7 year old. She also got along with a dog that lived in the home. Isis is loved by staff and volunteers alike and will be an amazing addition to your home.
Ethan arrived at the shelter as a stray and it's believed he's 5 years old. He's a tri-colored beagle who loves treats and will wait patiently for them. He adores face rubs, loves human companionship and gets along with other dogs. He does howl, since he's a hound, so apartments are not okay.
