ALDI Hiring In Columbia

COLUMBIA, MD — Looking for work in Columbia? There will be an ALDI hiring event on Stanford Boulevard on Saturday, Nov. 11. The grocer is looking for store associates and shift managers at its new Elkridge store.

The event is one of a handful in the greater Baltimore area where the company is hiring. Other stores where workers are needed are in Pasadena, Randallstown, Dundalk and Rosedale.

Wages are $12 an hour for store associates and $16.50 per hour for shift managers.

Those who average more than 25 hours a week are eligible for health insurance and dental coverage. All employees can participate in the 401(k) program.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Retail experience and a high school diploma/GED are preferred. People should be able to work between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday to Sunday; lift 45 pounds; and pass a drug screening and background test.

The hiring event in Columbia is at Courtyard by Marriott Columbia, 8910 Stanford Boulevard, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11.
