Theft Reported At Columbia Ice Rink

COLUMBIA, MD — The Columbia Ice Rink was broken into May 31 around 3 a.m.

According to Howard County Police, the suspect or suspects broke into the business through a door and stole food items.

The ice rink, located at 5876 Thunder Hill Road, typically is open from August to June. Public skate sessions are available daily and there's a Learn to Skate program, an instructional hockey program, workout instruction hockey and a stick and puck session. There's also figure skating work sessions.
