WEST FRIENDSHIP, MD — A Howard County man has been arrested and charged with distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and possessing CSAM.
According to the indictment, Robert Paul Miller, III, 35, of West Friendship distributed videos depicting adults sexually abusing minors. Miller also kept a Dropbox storage account, linked to his email address, that contained one or more CSAM visual depictions.
If convicted, Miller faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison for distributing CSAM. Miller also faces a maximum of 10 years for possessing CSAM.
