Car Wash Proposal Advanced By Howard County Planning Board

ELKRIDGE, MD — Plans for a car wash have been given the green light by the Howard County Planning Board.

At its last monthly meeting, the board approved the plans submitted by WLR Holding Company of Frederick for an Auto Spa Express to be located on a 1.12-acre parcel of land zoned New Town in the 6th Election District of Howard County.

The 4,145-square-foot commercial car wash facility will feature drive-thru lanes and a car vacuuming station at 8121 Robinson Jefferson Drive in the Gateway Overlook shopping center located directly south of Lark Brown Road.
