Color Burst Park in Merriweather District Features Free Family Movies on Friday Nights

Pre-movie activities and dance party plus a popcorn station are included at "Masters of the Universe" showing on Friday, September 25

School is back in session, but outdoor fun is still available in Downtown Columbia.

Free outdoor movie nights at Color Burst Park in the Merriweather District include pre-movie activities and a dance party from 6-7 p.m., with the movie beginning at 7:15 p.m.

Upcoming featured shows are Master of the Universe on Sept. 25, Moana on Oct. 2, and Toy Story 5 on Oct. 9.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets. A popcorn station will be available thanks to Merriweather Arts and Culture Center.
