Autani Corporation Names New CEO
Columbia, MD: Autani, a leader in creating advanced wireless building automation products and services to significantly improve energy efficiency and reduce first-cost implementation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert L. Johnson as chief executive officer, effective December 13, 2010. Mr. Johnson brings more than 25 years experience in the building systems and energy efficiency business, having participated in some of the largest energy efficiency projects nationwide.
Mr. Johnson succeeds Randy Clayton who will remain with the company as the president and chief technology officer, and will also continue to serve as a Board member. As the founder of Autani, Mr. Clayton continues in a vital role for the company. With his continued leadership, the company looks to build on its market-leading position.

Johnson, chief executive officer of Autani. Mr. Johnson has held various senior management positions with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Trane Commercial Systems, and Cooper Notification, a division of Cooper Industries. His experience includes general management, sales, and marketing responsibilities in North America.
