Community Foundation of Howard Co.'s Annual Dinner And Celebration Of Philanthropy Dec. 7

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Community Foundation of Howard County, which raises, manages and distributes funds to support Howard County nonprofits, will hold its Annual Dinner and Celebration of Philanthropy Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City.

The Community Foundation will highlight accomplishments, showcase nonprofit organizations and recognize and thank individuals, families and businesses in Howard County for their generosity and leadership. This year, the foundation will present the Philanthropist of the Year awards to Carlessia Hussein and The Howard Hughes Corp.

“Once again, the nonprofit community will gather in person for a joyous evening of food, fellowship and philanthropy,” said Beverly White-Seals, president and CEO of the foundation. “We’re grateful to our generous donors, sponsors and nonprofits and can’t wait to honor them at the Annual Dinner.
