Armed Robbery in Columbia Parking Lot: Police

Two teenagers armed with a gun robbed a woman in a Columbia parking lot recently, the Howard County Police Department reported.

The suspects approached the victim and threatened her with a handgun in the 9700 block of Clocktower Lane, then took her bag, the report said.

The robbery occurred at approximately 11:09 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, according to police.

After the victim handed over her bag, police said the suspects left the parking lot.

They were described as two thin black teens, both wearing dark hooded sweatshirts and sweatpants. One was approximately 6 feet tall and the other was approximately 5’7” tall, according to police.
