Armed Robbery On Cradlerock Way Reported

Police said that one of the armed robbery suspects in Columbia had blond-tipped dreadlocks.

COLUMBIA, MD — Police said two men were robbed in Owen Brown this week. The suspects were armed with handguns, according to the Howard County Police Department.

The victims had been in the 6800 block of Cradlerock Way when they were approached by three people with guns who demanded cash, police reported.

Nobody was injured in the robbery, which happened around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.

Before making a getaway, police said the suspects took cash from the victims.

The investigation into the three suspects is ongoing. Two were men, while the third suspect had no description provided.

One was described as a black man with blond-tipped dreadlocks that were shoulder length. He was wearing a green shirt and blue jeans, according to authorities.
