Bald Eagles Becoming 'More Common': HoCo Rec and Parks
The majestic bird whose likeness is found on the quarter is also making itself at home in Howard County.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD – Bald eagles have been spotted in Centennial Park recently, according to the Howard County Department of Parks and Recreation.
“It’s becoming increasingly more common to spot a Bald Eagle in the area. This one was spending some time at Centennial Park!” the department reported earlier this month.
