Black Friday 2022 Mall Hours: When Mall In Howard County Will Be Open

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The holiday season kicks off this week when Black Friday arrives and retailers offer a variety of deals and specials. The Mall in Columbia will be closed Thanksgiving day but opens Friday at 9 a.m. for Black Friday. The mall will be open Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m.

A record 166.3 million people in the U.S. are expected to shop through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend into Cyber Monday, according to the National Retail Federation and Prosper Insights & Analytics. That's the highest number since the National Retail Federation began estimating these numbers in 2017.
