Black Friday Shopper in Columbia Suspected in Credit Card Theft: Police

COLUMBIA, MD — Authorities are asking for help identifying the suspect in a case of stolen credit cards. The man pictured is suspected of using the stolen cards at Target in Columbia on Black Friday, according to the Howard County Police Department.

Originally, investigators thought four people were also involved but later determined they were using a card that had not been stolen, police said in a statement.
