A bit about Bogart: Bogart is a rescue dog. I was his foster mom and he had parvo and mange and almost died. The vet would come in to put him down but he would lift his head and wag his tail so the vet would give him another day then another day until he was out of the woods. He was the sweetest puppy so I became a foster failure and he has been the best dog I have ever had. I got to take him to the beach for the first time this year and he loved it.
