Burglar Pops Into Columbia Hotel Room: Police
Two women in Columbia found they were not the only ones with access to their hotel room, police reported.

COLUMBIA, MD — Police said a man was arrested after trying to force himself into a room at the Sheraton in Town Center. The break-in was reported before 3:15 a.m. on Saturday, according to authorities.
Two women were staying in the hotel in the 10200 block of Wincopin Circle when they realized a man tried to get into their room, officials reported.
After the man left, he tried to get back inside through a side door.

Jimmondrea Taylor Fleeks, 21, of no fixed address, was charged with the following:
- Three counts of fourth-degree burglary
- Second-degree assault
- Two counts of malicious destruction of property greater than $1,000
- Trespassing on private property
Nothing was reported stolen, according to police.
