CA seeking members for new Millennial Advisory Committee

Anyone between the ages of 19 and 35 who lives, works or goes to school in Columbia is encouraged to apply.

Columbia Association (CA) is seeking volunteers between the ages of 19 and 35 to serve on CA’s new Millennial Advisory Committee. Anyone who lives, works or goes to school in Columbia is encouraged to apply.

The committee will have its first meeting in spring 2019 and then will meet at least once per quarter, if not more frequently. This is a unique opportunity for younger Columbians to help shape the future of Columbia and advise Columbia Association’s on how its programs and activities can meet the needs of millennials.

The Millennial Advisory Committee is being formed at the recommendation of the Millennials Work Group, which issued its final report earlier this year. The committee will take up the baton for this effort, advising CA on implementing the recommendations and opportunities identified in the report.
