Chapter 422 Laurel of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees will host a luncheon meeting, Wed., June 10 at 11:30 a.m. at the Laurel-Beltsville Senior Activity Center, 7120 Contee Road, Laurel. Invited speakers are the Maryland Senators and Delegates from Districts 21 and 23, speaking on the results of the recent session in Annapolis. To date, Maryland Senator Jim Rosapepe, Maryland House Speaker and District 21 Delegate Joseline Pena-Melnyk and District 21 Delegate Mary Lehman, Maryland Senator Ron Watson and District 23 Delegate Kym Taylor and District 23 Delegate Marvin Holmes have responded affirmatively. Catered by Mission BBQ, menu includes Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sauces, Mac-N-Cheese, Baked Beans, Peach Cobbler, Ice Cream and Beverages. Cost is $22 per person.
