City of Baltimore: Value of Charm'tastic Mile Only USPTO (R) Street of Original 13 Colonies, USA 250

July 2, 2026 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting the City of Baltimore has a very unique "Gold Mine" Street for business in the heart of downtown.

The State of Maryland is one of the Original 13 Colonies, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. As the USA prepares to turn 250 this coming July 4th, The "Charm'tastic Mile" will have a major historical-link to its 250th.

There are 4 U.S. Streets that are USPTO www.uspto.gov (R) trademarks, The Magnificent Mile (Chicago), Rodeo Drive (Beverly Hills), Vegas Strip (Las Vegas) and The "Charm'tastic Mile" (Baltimore). Charm City being in the State of Maryland makes the Iconic 1.3 mile stretch-corridor of Dwtn Charm City the only one of the four to come from the Original 13 Colonies. This historical note adds tremendous value to "The Mile" for its future.

The Tall Ships, Sail250 docked at the Inner Harbor sat in the backdrop of The "Charm'tastic Mile" this past weekend. Ships entered Baltimore passing-by the Iconic Domino Sugars neon sign. The "Charm'tastic Mile" (4-25-2026) and the Domino Sugars (4-25-1951) neon sign share the same-day of introduction to the city, 65-years apart. April 25th saw The "Charm'tastic Mile" officially celebrate its 10th Anniversary (2016-26) and the Domino Sugars neon celebrate its amazing 75th Anniversary (1951-2026).

If there was a value for The "Charm'tastic Mile" ? What would that mean for the City of Baltimore & the business community? When will the Inner Harbor rebuilding project really take flight? These are questions that need to be fully-answered. The $900 million that will be infused into the Inner Harbor plans will have a direct effect on "The Mile" and its value. This is a fact.

The "Charm'tastic Mile" now gives Baltimore that Iconic Street to build future corporate business and also helps to fill the empty building vessels that line "The Mile" and Dwtn-Charm City.
