The National Education Association also recommends read-alouds for younger kids and book discussions for older kids via Zoom, a reading drive-in where everyone takes turns reading aloud while social distanced and engaging in a physically distanced StoryWalk or a reading obstacle course.
To participate in the Howard County Library System's Read Across America Day read-aloud session, register for the 4 p.m. slot or the 6:30 p.m. slot.
