Cement Truck Falls into Hole in Columbia, One Injured: Officials
One person was rescued on Twin Rivers Road, the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services reports.

Columbia, MD — A cement truck fell into a ditch in Columbia Wednesday morning, trapping one person and causing a fuel spill, officials said.
At 11:45 a.m., one person was rescued from a cement truck that had fallen partially into a hole in the 10000 block of Twin Rivers Road, the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services reported.
The victim sustained injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, authorities said.
