Climate Change/Sustainability Advisory Committee Seeking Members

Candidates with an interest and experience in climate change, environmental sustainability and community engagement are encouraged to apply.

Columbia Association (CA) is seeking members for its newly formed Climate Change and Sustainability Advisory Committee.

Candidates with an interest and experience in climate change, environmental sustainability and community engagement are encouraged to apply. Interested individuals should send a cover letter and resume by April 30 to Energy@ColumbiaAssociation.org.

The mission of CA’s Climate Change and Sustainability Advisory Committee is to:

  • Advise Columbia Association on matters directly related to climate change.
  • Work with the village community associations and CA to enhance public engagement.
  • Facilitate advancement of clean energy practices and environmental sustainability in the community.

Members are expected to attend bimonthly committee meetings, engage the community, contribute thoughtfully to discussions and documents being developed by the committee, and provide support at committee events.
