Color Burst Ice Rink To Stay Open Longer This Winter

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The Merriweather District's Color Burst Ice Rink in downtown Columbia now will remain open through the month of February. It typically closes in January.

Skaters should reserve a spot at the rink in advance by purchasing a ticket online. Tickets can be bought on site, but entry is not guaranteed as the rink is operating at 75 percent capacity. Masks are required.

The ice rink is open 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
