Personal finance website WalletHub ranked Columbia in the top 15 cities in America to raise a family.

COLUMBIA, MD — Columbia has been ranked among the best places to live by Money magazine and Niche. Now personal finance website WalletHub ranked it among the best places to raise a family.
Analysts evaluated more than 180 cities across the U.S. using metrics like housing costs, quality of school and health care systems as well as opportunities for recreation.
The number of playgrounds, pediatricians and child care providers were some of the factors considered.
