Our judges, your Patch editors, turn their taste buds to downtown Columbia.

We're David Greisman and Lisa Rossi, Patch editors who work "in the field" each day all around Columbia, eating cookies along the way to fuel our efforts at journalistic muckraking.
At this point, after covering everything in our part of Howard County from crime and catastrophe to cute and cuddlyāfueled by coffee and, well, you knowāwe think we know what we're talking about.
Over the next seven days, we'll give you our review of a selection of sweets from seven spots. Today: Lakeside Cafe & Deli, a favored gathering spot for those who workĀ in downtown Columbia.
