HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A tiny gray kitten darted across Route 29 in Howard County and somehow ended up stuck in the engine of a passing vehicle.

The driver pulled over and called 911, hoping officers could help. Sgt. Aaron Miller and PFC Chang Lee responded to the call. The officers popped the hood and sweetly spoke to the kitten, hoping to coax it out of the engine and into their arms.

"Hey I see you," the officer said.
