Crash On Route 100, Helicopter Called: HoCo Fire And Rescue
A crash temporarily closed part of Route 100 Wednesday afternoon, officials said.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Emergency medical personnel including a medevac were called to a crash on MD 100 Wednesday afternoon, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.
By 2 p.m., fire and rescue officials said they were clearing the scene of the crash, which occurred on Route 100 west before Snowden River Parkway.
Route 100 was closed to westbound traffic after 1:30 p.m. as a helicopter was en route to the scene and drivers had been advised to avoid the area, authorities reported.

As of 2:20 p.m., the left lane and left shoulder were closed on Route 100 west, while the right lanes and shoulder had reopened.
