About Harper's Choice Community Association
The Harper’s Choice Community Association (HCCA) is a non-profit civic organization whose mission is to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of all citizens who reside in the village of Harper’s Choice, regardless of whether they own or rent their homes.
Kahler Hall is the Community Center building for Harper’s Choice and is located at 5440 Old Tucker Row. Many community activities take place at Kahler Hall. The building is the meeting house for both the Village Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee. It also serves as a reception hall, providing party and meeting space for groups as small as 2 and as large as 200.
