Driver Shot at in Columbia Road Rage Incident: Police

COLUMBIA, MD – Authorities are investigating a road rage incident reported Monday morning near Howard High School.
At 6:30 a.m. on Monday, police said a black Chrysler 300 with chrome rims pulled up beside another vehicle and shot the driver's side door on MD 108 near Phelps Luck Drive.
The suspect was described as a bald black man with facial tattoos, medium complexion and muscular build.
