Erickson Senior Living Opens Oxford Hills Sales Center

Erickson Senior Living, one of the nation’s leading senior living providers, has opened the sales center for Oxford Hills, a new continuing care retirement community planned for Clarksville, Maryland. The new sales center offers prospective residents an early opportunity to learn about the community’s residences, amenities, services, and future lifestyle.

Scheduled to welcome its first residents as early as late 2028, Oxford Hills will be Erickson Senior Living’s fifth managed community in Maryland. Other Maryland communities include Charlestown in Catonsville, Oak Crest in Parkville, Riderwood in Silver Spring, and The Grandview in Bethesda. Erickson Senior Living is headquartered in Catonsville.

The first phase of Oxford Hills will include 172 independent living residences set on a scenic Howard County campus. Planned amenities include multiple dining venues, a fitness and aquatic center, a theater, an on-site medical center, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
