Brief Description
NFRC has provided programs & services to families in Maryland for more than 26 years. NFRC helps children and adults preserve a sense of family, foster healthy relationships, & adjust constructively to change. Counseling & educational programs include pre-martial, marriage, reconciliation, separation, divorce, step family, co-parenting, and collaborative divorce. NFRC provides services in Howard, Montgomery & Prince George’s Counties.

Awards, Prizes & Raffle Awards: Trophies and medals will be awarded to 1st place overall Male & Female – AND- 1st,& 2nd place for men & women including teens & children in 8 various age categories. Door Prizes will be awarded on the day of the Race. Raffle: A chance to win 2 Luxury Suite tickets to the Ravens vs. Cowboys 2012 game - winner need not be present at drawing. Activities & Refreshments Entertainment, games, family activities, crafts & face painting will be ongoing beginning at 8:30 a.m. Awards will be given to all children who participate in activities. Immediately following the 5K race, please join us for the awards ceremony and family entertainment. T Shirts or Tote Bags will be available for the first 100 runners
