Renowned Zumba® Instructor to Teach Class at Columbia Gym

Zumba® enthusiasts will have a chance to exercise with an expert, when famous fitness dance instructor Maria Browning comes to Howard County to teach a master class.

Browning’s class will be held on Friday, July 13, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Columbia Gym, located at 6151 Day Long Lane in Clarksville. The class is open to Columbia Association members and non-members.

Browning has traveled the world performing alongside Beto Perez, the creator of Zumba®, been featured in numerous Zumba® DVDs, and is the lead trainer for the Aqua Zumba® program.

Tickets for the Maria Browning master class are nearly sold out. They can be purchased in advance for $25 at http://cgzumbamasterclass.eventbrite.com and, if any remain, for $30 at the door. Browning will donate part of her income for the event to the JT Children Foundation, a charity helping children in Guatemala.

Browning will also teach two training sessions for Zumba® instructors on July 14 and July 15 at the Columbia Gym; both sessions have sold out.
