Both nature and yoga have the power to restore one’s sense of being and place in the world. Learn yoga postures and breathing techniques to help you de-stress while building strength and stretching stiff muscles. Deepen your connection to the beauty and strength of the natural world through guided meditations and grounding poses. Beginning and ongoing students are welcome. Yoga mats/blocks provided.
This class is for adults and youth over the age of 16. You must pre-register for this class series by calling 410-313-0400.
