First Watch Opens In Columbia

A new restaurant in Columbia specializes in breakfast and lunch.

COLUMBIA, MD — There's a new restaurant in Columbia. It is open daily until 2:30 p.m. serving breakfast and lunch.

First Watch, which operates restaurants across the country, has opened up a location off Route 175 in Columbia. The eatery specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Based in Florida, First Watch has more than 200 restaurants in multiple states. The Columbia location opened June 25 and is one of a handful of First Watch restaurants in Maryland. Others are in Laurel, Pikesville, Timonium, Gaithersburg and Bowie.

Avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, farm stand breakfast tacos as well as salads, granola, eggs and other breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes are on the menu.

First Watch is at 6478 Dobbin Center Way. Hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily. The restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
