Flasher on Tamar Drive Under Investigation: Police

Authorities are investigating a man repeatedly exposed himself to a girl, according to the Howard County Police Department.

This week, police said the man was peering into the victim’s kitchen window in the 8800 block of Tamar Drive.

Then the suspect, a curly-haired Hispanic man, knocked on the door at approximately 8:41 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, police reported.

Officers learned the suspect has exposed himself on multiple occasions to the victim, according to the report, which said police continue to investigate.
