The county will hold an information meeting highlighting the Gateway Master Plan to share the newest developments.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A public meeting will be held Jan. 21 starting at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the county's Gateway Master Plan.
The master plan will provide a comprehensive roadmap to guide Gateway’s long-term transformation as a "premier innovation district – a regional destination for new research and ideas within an area that is mixed-use, connected and creative, the county said.
Spanning approximately 1,000 acres of business and industrial space, the Gateway's central location between Baltimore and the District of Columbia, and current configuration, offer considerable potential for future growth and development, leaders say.
