Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center Needs Meals for Shelter

Vacationing volunteers leave gap in scheduled meals for men, women and children living in shelter for the homeless.

Support is needed now to feed 50 people living at Grassroots.

At Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, every day scheduled volunteers make or buy dinner for the 50 men, women and children residing in the shelter for people who are homeless.

The Grassroots meal calendar for July is empty. Volunteers are on vacation, and many of the groups that prepare meals are disbanded for the summer.
