HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Fire stations across Howard County will be hosting open houses in October. The free events are open to the community and will offer family-friendly activities.
The goal of the open houses is to educate neighbors about the station, their equipment and the services available. The Howard County Department of Fires and Rescue Services advises residents to check the fire stations' websites to confirm times. There are 14 fire stations based in Howard County.
