Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-95 In HoCo Caused 5.5-Mile Delay
Several vehicles crashed on Interstate 95 north in Howard County on Monday, May 13.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A multi-vehicle crash in Howard County Monday afternoon caused delays that stretched for miles. Six vehicles collided on I-95 north at the exit for MD 175, state transportation officials reported.
The crash happened before 2 p.m. on Monday, May 13, and reportedly involved a tractor-trailer.
Afterward, the left lane and left shoulder were closed for cleanup.

Delays were estimated to be 5.5 miles by 2:45 p.m., and the State Highway Administration reported the backup stretched to the Intercounty Connector (ICC).
By 4 p.m., the crash had cleared.
