Sprout Film Festival showcases movies by and about people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Sprout Film Festival returns to Columbia on Saturday, June 24, at 4 p.m. in Monteabaro Hall at the Horowitz Center at Howard Community College.

Presented in partnership with The Arc of Howard County and the Howard County Autism Society, this year's Sprout Film Festival includes 8 short films by, for and about individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Poignant, beautiful, humorous and though-provoking, the films are "making the invisible visible."

General admission is $15. Tickets are available at www.columbiafestival.org, 410-715-3044.
