Joe Flacco Surprises Howard County Campers
Quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens visited summer camp in Columbia for a game of flag football.
Columbia, MD — Children attending summer camp in Howard County had an unexpected visitor on Monday at Cedar Lane Park.
None other than Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco showed up for a game of flag football, according to Howard County officials.
The visit came on the heels of an announcement that Flacco would be partnering with M&T Bank in promoting its Baltimore Ravens debit card.

"Boom! And then this happened," Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman said. "Look who showed up at Cedar Lane Park this morning to work out with the kids in our Howard County Recreation and Parks' flag football camp as part of the celebration of Parks and Recreation Month. Thanks to the Baltimore Ravens, Joe Flacco and the folks at M&T Bank for helping to make this happen. No doubt, it's a day these campers will never forget."
