Berry was charged with theft more than $100,000; issuing a bad check for more than $100,000; unlawfully taking a motor vehicle; and unauthorized removal of property, according to court records.

In May, officials arrested Berry in Florida on a warrant from Howard County, where he was charged and released on $15,000 bond, according to the state’s attorney.

Berry had agreed to show up for Monday’s hearing and said he planned to request a jury trial in the matter, the state’s attorney reported.

However, he failed to appear Monday and has not notified the courts of any attorney representing him, according to the report.

As a result, Howard County Circuit Court Judge Timothy J. McCrone issued a no-bond warrant for his arrest.

Berry played for the Ravens as an undrafted free agent from 2011 to 2013.
