Knife Attack On Lover's Other Girlfriend In Boyfriend's Camper Leads To Prison: Prosecutor

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 58-year-old woman has been sentenced in connection to the assault of another female. Both supposedly were dating the same man.

Jill Price has been sentenced to 15 years suspend all but nine years for first-degree assault. On Sept. 17, 2022, at approximately 9 p.m. in the 3900 block of Woodbine Road in Gywnn Oak, Price approached a woman who was spending the evening with her boyfriend at his camper. According to the Howard County State's Attorney's Office, Price grabbed the woman's hair, pulled her head back and put a knife to her throat, threatening to kill her. The victim pushed Price away but her hand was sliced on the knife blade.

The victim was screaming for help during the incident and her boyfriend responded. Her grabbed Price as she put a knife to the victim's throat a second time. Price then took off in her vehicle, according to the Howard County State's Attorney's Office. During the investigation with police, Price admitted to being upset with the victim because she also was dating the victim’s boyfriend.
